Dog Life in Barcelona

Barcelona has one of Spain's most vibrant dog cultures. In neighbourhoods like Eixample, Gràcia, and Poblenou, dogs are a fixture of daily life, on terraces, in parks, and even in some of the city's most beloved local shops. Barcelona is also a bilingual city, where you'll hear 'gos' (the Catalan word for dog) as often as 'perro'. The city's dense network of barrios makes it ideal for building the kind of hyper-local connections Guauly is built on, a trusted neighbour in your building or on your street who genuinely loves your dog.
